Absolutely horrible customer service from beginning to end. You’d think spending over 1k with a business for a dumpster rental the customer service would at the very least be informative. They were rude from start to finish. Lacked communication, picked up before we were done project-didn’t even ask if we were finished or wanted to extend. Based on a recommendation by a neighbor, I rented a dumpster from Jersey Specialized Hauling a couple of weeks ago when I was having poison ivy removed from my back yard. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. When the dumpster arrived my wife and I were impressed by how clean it looked. And it smelled as clean as it looked!  I showed my son, who lives in Virginia, a photo and without any prompting from me he also commented about how clean it looked. I had the dumpster for almost a week, and it was removed in as timely a fashion as it was delivered. In other words, the whole experience went off without a hitch. I only called yesterday to start new service and they dropped the new bin off today! They were so helpful on the phone when I called. Quitting our old trash company was the best decision. I love to support businesses like this!
